What is your warranty?

We stand behind our work with a 2-year / 24,000-mile warranty on parts and labor.

What are your hours?

Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Saturday & Sunday: Closed

How do I schedule an appointment?

You can request an appointment online (at least 48 hours in advance) or call for an appointment now at 714-532-6893. Please let us know if you plan to wait or drop the vehicle off. Someone from Karco will confirm the appointment if needed.

Can I drop my car off early or after hours?

Yes. We offer convenient early-bird and night-owl drop-box service.

Do you have a waiting room?

Yes. We have a large, comfortable, air-conditioned waiting room. Many minor services can be completed while you wait.

Do you wash the car when the work is finished?

Yes. Your car will be washed upon completion of the service.

Do you use quality parts?

Yes. We use high-quality parts and stand behind them with our 2-year / 24,000-mile warranty.

Can I get an estimate before work begins?
